Grapple versatility

When  you reach 3rd level, you become proficient in  the athletics skill.

Addititonally, you can now use your dex mod in place of strength for athletics checks.

Forceful restraint

Starting at 3rd level, whenever you succesfully grapple or shove an opponent, they take force damage equal to your wisdom modifier.

Ensnaring grapple

When an enemy within 5 feet of you attempts to hit you with an attack, you can use your reaction to expend 1 ki point and attempt to grapple or shove the opponent. If succesful, they have disadvantage on the trigerring attack.

Superior restraint

You can expend 2 ki points as a bonus action to add your proficiency bonus to your athletics/acrobatics check for 10 miinutes. This still applies even if you are already proficient in these skills.

Deadly restraiint

At the start of your turn, you can spend ki points to cause further harm to your opponents either if you are already grappling them, or the next time you succesfully shove a creature.

This damage is equal to 2d10 per ki point, up to a maximum of 5 ki points.
