Base Class: Bard
The College of Gesture is for Bards that let their performance do the talking. This College is home primarily to mimes, interpretive dancers, and other artists who wordlessly express their craft, though it isn't required to be fully mute to follow its teachings. Gesture Bards often seek to promote understanding between and across the varied cultures they travel through, sharing the style of their own homelands as they do so.
Hushed Channeling
You no longer need to speak verbal components of spells aloud. For any spell with a verbal component, you can perform a somatic component instead. You may do this even if a spell already has a somatic component. Additionally, if a spell or ability, such as your Bardic Inspiration, requires a creature to hear you, you may still target them as long as they can see you.
Jocular Conveyance
You gain proficiency in Performance, and others can magically understand the meaning of your nonverbal communication as long as they can see it and you understand their language or manner of communicating (such as through Comprehend Languages or Speak with Animals).
Pervasive Pageantry
Starting at 6th level, if a spell or ability other than Jocular Conveyance requires a creature to see or hear you, you can still target that creature without meeting those requirements as long as you can see them.
Share the Spotlight
At 14th level, you gain the ability to silence crowds and grant full attention to a creature. As an action, you may cast Silence without expending a spell slot. If you cast Silence this way, it has a duration of a number of rounds equal to your Charisma modifier instead of 10 minutes (minimum of one round), doesn't require concentration, and is centered on a creature friendly to you rather than a point. The following effects occur within the sphere:
•Attack rolls made by the creature in the center of the sphere have advantage.
•Performance checks in the sphere made by you or your allies have advantage.
•Any hostile creature in the sphere has disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
