Your closeness to nature has given you the ability to shape shift parts of your body into features of animals. 

Transformational Traversal

Starting at 3rd level, at the start of your turn gain a Traversal Dice which can be used at any point during your turn.

To use Traversal Dice roll a d20. For the rest of your turn you will be able to move an additional number of feet equal to the roll on the dice plus your dex modifier (minimum of 5ft).

When using this ability you will be able to temporarily transform your features in one of the following ways:

Transformation of the burrower:

  • Your hands turn into razer sharp claws (appearance can be chosen by player).
  • These give you a burrowing speed equal to the Traversal dice role (this does not effect your normal movement)
  • Whilst you have these claws you can make an unarmed attack with an additional d8 of damage
  • You gain advantage on melee attacks where you have burrowed for 10 feet or more in one turn

Transformation of the flier 

  • You sprout wings (appearance can be chosen by player).
  • Your wings give you the ability to fly the distance equal to your Traversal dice roll (you are not able to fly with your normal movement and you cannot be wearing medium or heavy armour).
  • You can glide with your remaining movement whilst your wings are out
  • You gain advantage on melee attacks where you have moved 15 ft or more in the air 

Transformation of the swimmer 

  • You gain the ability to hold your breath underwater for 1 hour 
  • Your hands and feet become webbed allowing you to swim and your normal walking speed
  • You gain advantage on melee attacks on creatures who's movement speed equals less then the distance you have swam that turn

You can only have one transformation at a time. You can change this transformation with every use of a Traversal dice

Reactionary fly

As a reaction you can hover in place or glide when falling

Cunning transformation

Starting at 9th level you gain an additional Traversal dice with every cunning action, as well as any dash you take

Enhanced transformation

By 13th level, you have mastered your shapeshifting transformations. You are now able to use your transformational movement during any movement your character has on their turn (not just movement from the Traversal dice) 

Lethal Transformational

When you reach 17th level, you have mastered your ability and become lightning quick and deadly when transformed. When landing a sneak attack on an opponent roll another Traversal dice. You can attack and sneak attack (if conditions are met) a different opponent who is within your remaining range of the result of that Traversal dice
