An ancient Score hidden in the ashes of waterdeep. This scroll cannot be destroyed by non deific means besides absorption 

Crescendo

When a creature that you can see within 60 feet of you makes a saving throw, you can use your reaction to expend one of your uses of Bardic Inspiration, rolling a Bardic Inspiration die and subtracting the number rolled from the creature's roll.

3/Day You may take any concentration spell and triple it's duration and remove concentration from the spell

Read score

Once per day you may cast any spell with a duration greater than instantaneous as a piece of the Score. You must play the Score requiring concentration for 10 minutes at which point the spell is cast with a permanent until dispelled duration.

Bind Score

While playing the score you may channel a fraction of the invulnerability of the Score. While playing it you

Are immune to all non magical damage

Have resistance to all damage

Are immune to conditions that would stop you from playing the Score including unconsious

Can not willingly stop playing

Anything that would kill you instead kills you after the Score is complete

Must use your entire turn every turn playing the score and cannot take reactions
