Dead shots or star-snipers are very common nowadays yet they only appeared in the last decade, they use guns and that is pretty much their only descriptor as a dead shot can be a brave hero, thief, guard or even a serial killer- the thing that makes a dead shot a dead shot is that they use guns and that is pretty much it.
They completely rely on dex but often they dip into cha or wis as those who use guns tend to like to go for the 'romantic gunslinger' vibe which leads to space-inns filled to the brim with men with guns trying to pick up women.
