Bard
Base Class: Bard

No matter which era in all of Faerun you look at, there are always battles and war to be found, and in these battles morale needs to be kept up high. This is where the College of the Warband bards shine, they are the backbone on every battlefield. They usually sport a big drum or a warhorn and are surprisingly tough do deal with when surrounded by their allies, with each note they play their allies become fearless and nigh unstoppable, a true nightmare for any opposing army.

Stand your Ground

When you join the College of the Warband at 3rd level, you gain a new way of using your Bardic Inspiration.

For as long as someone has your Bardic Inspiration die, you and any creature that has your Bardic Inspiration die, gain the effects of the Blade Ward spell and have advantage on saving throws against being frightened.

 Stand with Me

Also at 3rd level, you learn to inspire your allied further with your rhythmic notes or shouts on the battlefield, boosting morale and becoming a fearsome force to be reckoned with.

As an action, you can give a Bardic Inspiration die to allied creatures that can hear you within 30 feet of you, this Bardic Inspiration die lasts up until the end of their next turn. You can target an amount of creatures up to your Charisma modifier (minimum of one). These creatures can use this Bardic Inspiration die as usual, but they can also add it to a damage or healing roll, or use a reaction to move half their movement speed without triggering an opportunity attack.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus. You regain any uses when you finish a long rest.

Beat of Life

At 6th level, you gain the Aura of Vitality spell. This spell doesn't count towards your known bard spells and you can cast this spell using either a Vocal or Somatic component. You can cast this spell once without using a spell slot, and regain this use when you finish a long rest.

You'll have to add this spell to the character sheet yourself.

Have no Fear

At 14th level, instead of advantage against being frightened, your Bardic Inspiration die now gives you and the receiving target creature immunity against being frightened. Whenever an allied creature gains your Bardic Inspiration die, you and the target creature gain temporary hit points equal to a roll of your Bardic Inspiration die.
