Oath of Huzzah

Tenets of the Oath

1. Huzzah Above All: As a sworn champion of the Oath of Huzzah, you must exclaim “Huzzah!” with unbridled enthusiasm at least once in every sentence. Failure to do so risks the wrath of the divine powers that fuel your abilities.
2. Joyful Valor: You fight not out of duty or obligation, but because it’s an absolute blast! Whether you’re smiting evil or sharing a tankard of ale, let your joy shine through.
3. Merriment in Battle: When you strike down a foe, raise your sword high and shout “Huzzah!” The battlefield is your stage, and victory is your grand performance.
4. Celebrate the Mundane: Life is full of small victories—like finding a ripe apple or successfully tying your boot laces. Celebrate them all with a resounding “Huzzah!”
5. Huzzah for Comrades: Your fellow adventurers are your partners in merriment. Encourage them with hearty “Huzzahs” during their moments of triumph (and even their minor setbacks).

Channel Divinity: Huzzah’s Blessing

At 3rd level, you gain access to the following Channel Divinity option: As an action, you can shout “Huzzah!” to bolster your allies’ spirits. Each friendly creature within 30 feet gains temporary hit points equal to your Paladin level + your Charisma modifier. They also gain advantage on saving throws against fear effects until the end of your next turn.

Aura of Huzzah

Starting at 7th level, your mere presence spreads infectious joy. You emit an aura of exuberance in a 10-foot radius. Allies within this aura gain advantage on Charisma checks and saving throws. Additionally, when you use Divine Smite, the target must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by your enthusiasm until the end of your next turn.

Huzzah’s Ultimate Triumph

At 15th level, you can invoke the ultimate “Huzzah!” Once per long rest, as a bonus action, you can declare a momentous occasion (real or imagined) and channel divine energy. For the next minute, your attacks deal maximum damage, and you gain advantage on all saving throws. However, if you fail to include a “Huzzah!” in any sentence during this time, the effect ends prematurely.

Huzzah’s Eternal Echo

At 20th level, your very existence embodies the spirit of celebration. You no longer age, and your laughter echoes through the ages. Whenever you fall in battle, your spirit lingers, shouting “Huzzah!” one last time, inspiring your allies to fight on.
