Cleric
Base Class: Cleric

The mage and their mentor have a special relationship, as their mentor taught them all they know. The mage is unable to attend magic schools due to the abnormal way they cast their spells. Their mentor is, in most cases, a wizard who either dropped out or flunked out of school, however, in some cases, they have graduated from their school of magic, but dislike the controlled nature of teaching in these schools, so they find an apprentice they connect with in order to teach them in a way that works for them. Each mage possesses a special item given to them by their mentor.

Special Connection

Each mage has a special connection to one or more specific "thing/s." Some examples are nature or specific things in nature, the stars, history, cooking, creation, the dead/undead, pirates, etc...

Hearty Cantrips

Starting at level 6, you are permitted to add your constitution OR intelligence modifier to the damage dealt with any cantrips

Proficiency in Comfort

At level 2, the Mage is now more comfortable with one specific weapon, giving them a +1 advantage with said weapon
