Cleric
Base Class: Cleric

Death gods - Nerull, Wee Jas, Raven Queen, all have dominion over death or lands of the dead. Some of these gods see themselves as stewarts of the dead, others revel in it. In almost all cases though necromancers revere them and many people pray to them to sheperd their souls to the afterlife upon their deaths. Others are feared for their ties to the undead and the spread of disease and misery in the world.

Bonus Cantrip

When you choose this domain at 1st level, you gain the Chill Touch cantrip, if you don't already know it.

Undead Servant

Also starting at 1st level, you can summon an undead to aid you.

As an action, you create an undead of challenge rating equal to your cleric level divided by 4. You regain use of this ability after a long rest. You must have sufficient material to create the creature, and its size cannot exceed one size larger than you. Two corpses of one size are required to make an undead of the next size larger. You may only have one servant at any time.

Channel Divinity: Charm Undead

Starting at 2nd level, you can use your Channel Divinity to bend the undead to your will.

As an action, you present your holy symbol and invoke  the name of your deity. A number of undead equal to your proficiency bonus that can see you within 30 feet must make a Wisdom Saving Throw. If a creature fails its Saving Throw, it is charmed by you for 1 minute. While charmed by you it cannot harm you, or creatures you designate. You may issue a simples commands, such as "stay here", "go there", "attack him", or "guard this area" to any mindless undead you have charmed. Once given a command, mindless undead will continue that course of action as long as they remain charmed. Any intelligent undead wich takes damage may repeat their save; if they succeed, the charm effect ends for that creature.

Attempting to charm more undead when you have the maximum number of undead equal to the number yo u are attempting to charm.

Undead Thralls

Starting at 6th level, whenever you create an undead using a necromancy spell, or charm one using Channel Divinity, it gives the charmed undead additional benefits.

The creature's hit point maximum is increased by an amount equal to your cleric level as well as the creature adds your proficiency bonus to its weapon damage rolls.

Potent Spellcasting

Starting at 8th level, you add your Wisdom modifier to the damage you deal with any cleric cantrip.

Master of Undeath

At 17th level, your ability to command undead heightens. Undead you have charmed through the use of Channel Divinity remain charmed indefinitely.

At the end of each day, intelligent undead may repeat their Wisdom saving throw to end the charm effect. Mindless undead may not. Additionally, you may issue simple commands to charmed mindless undead as a bonus action rather than an action.
