Base Class: Bard
Bards of the Collage or Reverberation have learned to use magic with not just an instrument, but their vocals as well. Most of the time, they use them for enchantment or to lure others, or to just entertain in their own way. Other times, they use it for stirring up a bit of chaos or just for personal gain.
Magical Vocals
At level 3, when you choose the College of Reverberation, you can now cast certain spells using your voice instead of your instrument. The listed spells count as bard spells for you but don’t count against the number of bard spells you know.
Enchanting Voice
Also at 3rd level, you may sing an enchanting tune to make up to 4 of the closest creatures within 60ft of you charmed while you sing the tune. To do this, expend one use of Bardic Inspiration, roll it, and each creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC equal to 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Charisma modifier) to resist, if they succeed, its one less creature that can be effected, if they fail, they become charmed, the duration of the condition is what you rolled for the expended Bardic Inspiration x3, that number becomes the amount of minutes they are charmed for unless they are attacked mid-duration.
Charismatic Words
Starting at level 6, If you roll a 1 from any charisma ability check (deception, persuasion, etc.), you may expend one use of Bardic Inspiration and add that along with your base charisma modifier instead of the modifier from that specific check, add those both to the 1 and that becomes the new roll for that check.
Superior Mind
When you become level 14, any creature that tries to use any form of a charisma check on you automatically fails if they don't roll a natural 20.
