Class Description
- Hitdie: 1d8 per Warcaster level
- Hitpoints at lvl1 8 + Constitution mod.
- Hitpoints on higher levels: 1d8, or 5 + Constitution mod per Level as Warcaster beyond the first.
Proficiencies:
- Armor: Light Armor, Shield,
- Weapons: Simple Weapons, Martial Weapons.
- Tools: none
- Saving Throws: Dexterity, Konstitution
- Skills: Two of your Choise from: Arcana, Intimidate, History, Perception, Athletic, Insight, Stealth, Survival or Research.
Equipment:
- One Simple or Martial Weapon of your choice and one Shield.
- Leather Armor
- a: 10 Darts or b: one simple Weapon
- Explorer Equipment.

Learning and Preparing Spells
You Learn 1 Spell for every Spellslot you unlock and all of these Spells are prepared by you. Whenever you gain one Warcaster Level you can switch one Spell with another, but only for the Same Spellslot. Meaning for example an Level 4 Warcaster will always have 2 Level1 Spells and 1 Level2 Spell learned and Prepared. Whenever you can learn a Spell, you can choose from the Wizards Spellist.
Your Attribute for Casting Spells is Intelligence. Your Spellsave Difficulty is 8 + Intelligence mod + Profeciency Bonus
Ritual Caster
lvl1 Warcaster Feature: You can Cast Warcaster (Wizard) spells as Ritual when marked as "Ritual"
Focusless Casting
lvl1 Warcaster Feature: You can cast Spells without the Need of an Spellfocus while still getting the same Benefit as if you would use one. On top of that, if you have an magical Weapon, than you can add the Weapons Entchantment level (+1, +2, or +3) to your Spellattack and damage rolls.
Flash
lvl1 Warcaster Feature: You can use your Bonusaction to give yourself advantage for the next attack roll. You can also use a Reaction to give your Enemy disadvantage on his or Her next attack against you. You can use this ability an equil amount as your Proficiency Bonus and you regain all spent uses at the End of a Long Rest. Alternatively you can use a second or Higher level Spellslot to use this feature.
Battlehardened Senses
lvl2 Warcaster Feature: Your Perception and Initiative is increased equil to one half of your Proficiency Bonus rounded down.
Fighting Style
lvl2 Warcaster Feature: Choose one Fighting Style from the Warriors lvl1 Fighting Style Feature.
Warcaster Feat
lvl3 Warcaster Feature: You gain the Warcaster Feat.
Battlemage Academy
lvl3 Warcaster Feature: You choose one of the Battlemage Academies from the Country as your Subclass.
Ability Score Increase
lvl4 Warcaster Feature: Whenever you reach Warcaster lvl 4, 8, 12, 16 and 19 you can get +2 in one Ability score of your choice, or +1 in two. Alternatively if you use Tashas optional Rule for choosing Feats, you can choose one Feat instead.
Extra Attack
lvl5 Warcaster Feature: Whenever you choose to do a Weapon attack with your Action, you can attack a second Time.
Accellerated Spellcasting
lvl6 Warcaster Feature: Whenever you are Casting a spell which requires an Action and a Spellslot, you can choose to exhaust a Spellslot one level higher to cast that Spell with an Bonusaction instead. You can also still upcast the Spell normally, but than you need to increase the Spellslot accordingly. Example: an accellerated Thunderwave upcast to Spellevel2, requires a 3rd level Spellslot. At lvl13 you can use choose to do the same by using an Reaction instead of your Bonus Action.
Infused Weapon
lvl7 Warcaster Feature
During a short or Long Rest, choose An Element and one Weapon. You increase the Damage you deal with that Weapon equil to one half of your Intelligence mod. You increase it further to equil to you Intelligence mod instead at level 11, And you increases it another Time by 1d6 at level 16 to an total of 1d6 plus Intelligence mod Bonusdmg per hit.
Improved Flash
lvl9 Warcaster Feature: Whenever you use your Flash Feature, additional to the previous effect, the target Creature must roll an Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the Duration of your Fash effect is increased to the entire Turn. (All of your Attacks have advantage, or if cast as an Reaction All of the Enemies attacks have Disadvantage)
Improved Ritual Casting
lvl 10 Warcaster Feature: You can choose to cast any lvl1 Spell with an casttime of an Bonusaction or Action, as an 10 minutes Ritual even if its not marked as such. Doing so will not expire your Spellslot. At lvl18 you can do the same with lvl2 Spells.
Quick Problem solver
lvl11 Warcaster Feature: Choose one of the Following Benefits when reaching lvl11 with this class:
- Increase your Movement speed by 10 feet,
- You can disengage as an Bonus Action
- You can restore 1d6+ Int mod HP for one Target within 30 feet of you (or yourself) by using your Reaction. You can do this once per short Rest.
Customized Knowledge
lvl13 Warcaster Feature: You can choose one of the following Benefits when reaching lvl13 with this class.
- You increase one Ability score by 2 Points
- You gain expertise in two Skills of your choise and additionally learn one Skill of your Choise
- You gain one Feat
- You Learn one Spell from any Spellist Spellevel 3 or lower. That Spell doesnt count to your maximum amount of Spells you can prepare and you can cast it once per Long Rest without expiring a Spellslot.
Cantrip Mastery
lvl15 Warcaster Feature: You can decide to expire a lvl2 Spellslot when casting a Cantrip. When you do so, you can choose one of these Effects. You can choose 2 of theese effects when expirering a lvl4 Spellslot and three using a lvl6 Spellslot. However you can choose each mode only once.
- The damage of each Attach with that Spell is increased by your Intelligence mod,
- The Range of that Spell is doubled
- The Duration of that Spell is doubled
- The Saving throw DC against that Spell is increased by 3 Points.
- Your Spell Attack for this Spell is increased by 3 Points.
Preferred Style
level 18 Warcaster feature: Choose one of these Benefits when reaching lvl18 with this class.
- When you are not casting a Spell this Turn, nether with an Action, nor with an Bonus Action, than you can do a third Weapon Attack using your Attack Action this Turn.
- When using your Attack action, you can choose to Attack only once instead of two Times with your Weapon but casting a lvl 1 Spell without using a Spellslot instead.
- Once during your Turn you can cast a lvl1 Spell instantanious (without requirering an action) By spending a total of three Spellslots. Example: You can spent one lvl3 Spellslot, or one lvl2 AND lvl1 Spellslot, Or you can even spent a lvl4 Spellslot instead.
High Warmage
lvl20 Warcaster
Your first lvl2 or lower Spell which would requires Concentration, doesnt requires Concentration anymore. However every additional Spell which would require concentration still does so.
