Base Class: Barbarian
Barbarians who follow the Path of the Dragonheart draw their strength and power from the essence of dragons. These fierce warriors blend their combat prowess with draconic magic, becoming fearsome and versatile combatants. Their connection to dragonkind grants them abilities both formidable and mystical.
Spellcasting
Starting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to cast spells. See chapter 10 of the Player's Handbook for the general rules of spellcasting and chapter 11 for the Sorcerer spell list. Your spellcasting ability is Constitution.
Cantrips: You learn two cantrips of your choice from the Sorcerer spell list. You learn an additional Sorcerer cantrip of your choice at 10th level.
Spell Slots: The Dragonheart Spellcasting table shows how many spell slots you have to cast your spells of 1st level and higher. To cast one of these spells, you must expend a slot of the spell's level or higher. You regain all expended spell slots when you finish a long rest.
Spells Known of 1st Level and Higher: You know three 1st-level spells of your choice from the Sorcerer spell list. The Spells Known column of the Dragonheart Spellcasting table shows when you learn more Sorcerer spells of 1st level or higher. Each of these spells must be of a level for which you have spell slots. For instance, when you reach 7th level in this class, you can learn one new spell of 1st or 2nd level.
Spellcasting Ability: Constitution is your spellcasting ability for your Sorcerer spells. You use your Constitution whenever a spell refers to your spellcasting ability. In addition, you use your Constitution modifier when setting the saving throw DC for a Sorcerer spell you cast and when making an attack roll with one.
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier

Draconic Rage
At 3rd level, when you enter a rage, you can channel the power of your draconic heritage. For the duration of your rage, you gain the following benefits:
- Draconic Might: You gain temporary hit points equal to your Barbarian level + your Constitution modifier.
- Elemental Fury: Choose a damage type: acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a melee weapon attack, you can deal an extra 1d6 damage of the chosen type. The damage increases to 2d6 at 10th level and 3d6 at 15th level.
- Dragon's Roar: As a bonus action, you can let out a fearsome roar. Each creature of your choice within 30 feet of you that can hear you must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier) or become frightened of you until the end of your next turn. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Draconic Resilience
At 6th level, you gain resistance to the damage type you chose for your Elemental Fury feature. Additionally, you can breathe underwater and gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed.
Dragon's Flight
At 10th level, you can sprout spectral dragon wings from your back as a bonus action, granting you a flying speed equal to your walking speed for 1 minute. Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
Draconic Wrath
At 14th level, your connection to your draconic heritage deepens. When you use your Draconic Rage, you gain immunity to the damage type you chose for your Elemental Fury. Additionally, your Dragon's Roar feature now affects creatures within 60 feet, and the frightened condition lasts for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
