Base Class: Rogue
As a rogue of the silver tongue archetype lying so easy for you that you can convince anyone of anything, and your ability to gently coerce and influence the actions of both the noble and the savage as long as they are foolish enough. You are an expert in deceit and persuasion, and your damn proud of that fact. New students to this archetype often fibbed as a child, a little white lie there, a little imaginary monster in the wolves, or perhaps they were charismatic and had many friends, and chose to use that to their advantage.
A charismatic enough silver tongue can often find themselves at the top of whatever business they venture into, regardless of whether or not they have any knowledge on anything relevant for that position. A silver tongue may be the sweet-talker of a thieve's guild, convincing the guards to let their oh so innocent friends go, or perhaps a travelling rogue, travelling from town and conning morons along the way.

These spells must have a verbal component. You may cast each spell once per short rest, expending no material components. The spells have a DC of 8 + your proficiency bonus + your charisma modifier, and a to hit modifier equal to your proficiency bonus + your charisma modifier
You may also expend a spell of your choice and add a bonus to your next charisma check or saving throw equal to three times the spell's level.
At 18th level, you learn a second 2nd level spell and a 3rd level spell from the bard spell list.
Gobbledygook
17th-level Silver Tongue feature
Your slight alterations to truth have given you the ability to speak complete nonsense and gibberish in such a way that it confuses the hell out of your foes. You may as a bonus action speak gobbledygook, and choose up to three creatures that you can see. Those creatures must make a wisdom saving throw, DC 8 + your proficiency bonus + your charisma modifier. On a failure, they fall under the confusion spell. On a success, they take 3d8 psychic damage as they fail to comprehend you.
While the target creatures are under the effect of your gobbledygook, attacks against them have advantage.
You may use this feature once per long rest.
