Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

Either through your rough life living in slums, or you're just sadistic, your fighting style boils down to grinding your opponents away in a slow and painful style involving shallow cuts, different different dirty fighting tactics, and even poisons. While you may not kill targets the fastest you ensure that you stay in relative safety throughout combat.

Shallow Cuts

When you make an attack with a light slashing weapon you may choose to instead do shallow cuts. You make 2 attacks with a +5 to hit but a -5 to damage. Each hit of shallow cuts causes the target to bleed, each bleed can stack and does 1 necrotic damage at the start of each of the creatures turns. Every 5 stacks of bleed causes the target to make a con save with a dc of 8+prof+dex upon fail the target gains a point of exhaustion. They may attempt to use their action to stop the bleeding with whatever means the dm sees fit, when doing so the target makes a con or wis check to stop the bleeding with a dc of 8+prof+dex. If the target is healed they loose 1 bleed per 5 health points restored.

Dirty Fighting

You learn maneuvers that are fueled by stamina points.

You learn 3 maneuvers of your choice from the cutthroat list. You learn two additional maneuvers of your choice at 9th, 13th, and 17th level. Each time you learn new maneuvers, you can also replace one maneuver you know with a different one.

You have 4 stamina points and you regain them all upon a short or long rest. You gain an extra one at 9th level and one more at 17th level.

The saving throws are 8+prof+dex

This may only be used in combat.

Blood in the Water

Spend 2 stamina to move towards a bleeding target. You move 5 feet per stack of bleed they have up to a max of double your movement speed.

Protect Me!

When targeted by an attack you can spent 3 stamina points and your reaction to swap positions and change the target of the attack to another creature within 5 feet of you. The target must make a str or dex save against your dc, on success you change positions with the target but you are still targeted by the attack. There is no save if the target is willing.

Spend 1 stamina point to change your movement to any other type of movement except flying. Ex. Climbing, Swimming, Crawling.

On fail you can make the target fall prone to cry for 1 turn, Run away in fear for 2 turns, or be paralyzed for an attack. The target gets -1 to their save per bleed they have, loose advantage when the have 5 or more bleeds, and gain disadvantage when they have 1 point of exhaustion and 5 or more bleeds. Targets automatically succeed if they cannot understand your language.
