Base Class: Cleric
Clerics of the Blightbanes are divine warriors dedicated to cleansing the Blighted Scourge that plagues the Amethyst Isle. They draw upon the sacred magic of life and healing, wielding their powers to protect their allies from the corrupting influence of the Blight while dealing devastating blows to Blighted creatures. Blightbanes are skilled at purging the Blight from afflicted individuals, using their own vitality when necessary to shield others from the spread of the Scourge.
Purifying Touch
At 1st level, you gain the ability to channel a fraction of your divine power to purge minor ailments and bolster your allies' resilience. As an action, you can touch a creature and remove one of the following conditions: blinded, deafened, poisoned, or diseased. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1) per long rest.
Additionally, whenever you cast a healing spell, the target gains temporary hit points equal to 2 + the spell’s level.
Channel Divinity: Purifier of the Blighted Scourge
At 2nd level, you gain the ability to channel divine energy to both hinder Blighted creatures and heal those suffering from the Blighted Scourge. You can use this Channel Divinity in one of the following ways:

Blighted Interference: You disrupt the connection between Blighted creatures and their hive mind. When you use this Channel Divinity, creatures of your choice within 30 feet must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw or become frightened of you for 1 minute. Additionally, Blighted creatures cannot willingly approach within 30 feet of you and must use their turns to move away from you, either taking the Dash or Dodge actions. Blighted creatures affected by this feature cannot take reactions for the duration.

Purifier’s Blessing: When you cast a healing spell of 1st level or higher, you can use your Channel Divinity to enhance the healing effect. The target of your healing spell gains advantage on their next Wisdom or Constitution saving throw against the Blighted Scourge and heals additional hit points equal to 2 + the spell’s level.
You can use Channel Divinity once per short or long rest, with additional uses granted at higher levels.
Vanquisher of The Blighted Scourge
At 6th level, your divine power allows you and your allies to strike Blighted creatures with enhanced force. When you or an ally within 30 feet of you makes a weapon attack against a Blighted creature, you can choose to deal an additional 2d8 radiant damage. This damage increases to 3d8 at 8th level and 5d8 at 12th level. You can cast this the number of times as your proficiency
Additionally, you can choose to double the radiant damage dealt by sacrificing some of your own vitality. You take 2d6 necrotic damage at 6th level, 2d8 at 8th level, and 4d8 at 12th level in exchange for doubling the radiant damage.
Divine Strike: Blighted Scourge
At 8th level, your weapon strikes are imbued with divine energy, allowing you to deal devastating blows to Blighted creatures. Once per turn, when you hit a creature with a weapon attack, you can deal an additional 1d8 radiant damage. This damage increases to 2d8 at 14th level.
When striking Blighted creatures, you can amplify this effect by taking 1d8, 2d8, or 3d10 necrotic damage yourself. For each die of damage you take, you multiply the radiant damage dealt by x2, x3, or x4, respectively.
Death to The Blighted Scourge
At 17th level, you have the power to sacrifice your life force to deliver a devastating blow to the Blighted. When you activate this ability, you take an amount of damage equal to Xd6, where X is a number you choose, and you deal twice that amount in radiant damage to a Blighted creature within 60 feet of you.
If this ability causes your death, you unleash a final act of vengeance. Roll the same number of dice that caused your death, double the result, and deal that much radiant damage to all Blighted creatures within 60 feet. This effect only occurs if you die as a result of using this ability.
