Summoners specialize in conjuration spells with a focus on summoning creatures to serve their purposes.

Sustained Summoning

You can use your action to heal any of your summons -- including mounts and your elemental allies -- from a pool of 20 hit points. These hit points can be dispersed between your summons in any way you see fit. This pool of hit points replenishes after a long rest. The number of hit points in the pool increases by 4 with each level.

Summoning Purist

Beginning when you select this school at 2nd level, the gold and time you must spend to copy a summoning spell into your spellbook is halved. You cannot cast any spells that do not have the "summoning" tag.

Elemental Allies

Starting at 2nd level when you select this school, you can take an action to summon your Elemental Allies. These are any two elementals of 1 CR or less. If an Elemental Ally's hit points are reduced to 0, it disappears. An Elemental Ally that has been killed may be resummoned after a long rest. You can also dismiss an Elemental Ally as a bonus action.

Each Elemental Ally acts independently with its own initiative. They will follow your command (no action required by you) and will defend themselves from hostile creatures when not given an order.

Benign Transposition

Starting at 6th level, you can use your action to teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space that you can see. Alternatively, you can choose a space within range that is occupied by a Small or Medium creature. If that creature is willing, you both teleport, swapping places.

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest or you cast a conjuration spell of 1st level or higher.

Focused Summoning

You can concentrate on two conjuration spells simultaneously. If you take damage while concentrating, make one constitution saving throw for each spell. You cannot take any actions at all while concentrating on two spells at once.

Durable Summons

Starting at 14th level, any creature that you summon or create with a conjuration spell has 30 temporary hit points. This applies to your Elemental Allies.
