They are skilled manipulators of fate, capable of both uplifting and unsettling those they encounter. However, their power comes with a price, as meddling with destiny can lead to unintended consequences.

Fated Charisma

Starting at 3rd level, your connection to the tapestry of fate enhances your charismatic abilities. You gain Expertise in charisma saving throws, and you can use your Charisma modifier instead of your Dexterity modifier for Initiative rolls, and use Charisma as the ability modifier in weapon attacks.

Conclave's Melodies

At 3rd level, you learn how to channel your mastery over destiny through your musical talents. You can use Double your Bardic Inspiration dice to influence the outcomes of ability checks, attack rolls, or saving throws made by yourself or others. When you roll a Bardic Inspiration die for this purpose, you can choose to add or subtract double the result from the roll, reflecting your manipulation of fate. However, for every Bardic Inspiration die used, roll a d6 ,on a roll of 1, 2 or 3, a thread of fate is severed, and you suffer a minor setback or misfortune shortly thereafter. The effect of this can vary from 1-10 self damage or another effect that the dm chooses.

Fate's Embrace

At 6th level, you can infuse a creature's emotions with a touch. As an action, you can touch a willing or incapacitated creature, granting them advantage on their next Charisma-based ability check or saving throw. Alternatively, you can afflict an enemy with doubt, imposing disadvantage on their next Charisma-based ability check or saving throw. Once you use this feature, you must finish a short or long rest before you can use it again.

Twisting Threads

Starting at 14th level, your manipulation of fate becomes more potent and your chances of servering a thread decrease. Whenever you use your Conclave's Melodies feature to subtract or add double your Bardic Inspiration die from a roll, only a 1 severs a thread.

Cascading Consequences

At 14th level, your control over destiny allows you to create ripples that impact the flow of events around you. Once per long rest, you can manipulate a significant event within a mile of your location. Describe the event you wish to alter to the DM, and they will determine the potential consequences of your meddling. Be warned, however, that such powerful manipulation of fate is not without risks, and the repercussions of your actions may not always align with your intentions. The DM may include consequences of minor setbacks, strained relationships, strange coincidences, or even attracting the attention of otherworldly forces.
