Monk
Base Class: Monk

The Way of the Shadowcrawler is a monastic tradition that focuses on the mastery of teleportation, allowing monks to move through space in an instant. These monks use their abilities to strike from unexpected angles, evade their enemies, and traverse the battlefield with unparalleled agility.

Bamf

At 3rd level, you gain the ability to teleport short distances with ease, enhancing your combat mobility.

  • Bamf: As a bonus action, you can teleport up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space you can see.

    • After teleporting, you can spend 1 Ki point have advantage on the first melee attack you make before the end of your turn.
  • Additionally, you gain proficiency in the Stealth skill if you don’t already have it.

Veil of Shadows

At 6th level, your mastery of teleportation allows you to evade attacks and reposition yourself with incredible speed.

  • Veil of Shadows: When an enemy makes an opportunity attack against you, you can use your reaction to impose disadvantage on the attack roll. If the attack misses, you can immediately use Bamf.

  • Improved Bamf: When you use Shadow Jaunt, you can now teleport up to 60 feet instead of 30. When you teleport, you can bring one willing creature within 5 feet of you along with you, as long as you both end up in unoccupied spaces.

Shadow Mastery

At 11th level, your control over teleportation becomes unparalleled, allowing you to strike multiple targets in an instant.

  • Shadow Flurry: As an action, you can spend 4 ki points to teleport to a number of unoccupied spaces you can see within 60 feet. You can teleport to a number of spaces equal to your Dexterity modifier (minimum of 1). You can make one melee attack against a creature within 5 feet of each space you teleport to. These attacks are made with advantage. After completing this sequence, you teleport back to your original position.

  • Cloak of Night: You can now use your action to become invisible for 1 minute. While invisible, you can bamf without ending invisibilty. The invisibility ends if you attack or cast a spell.

Unbound Teleportation

At 17th level, you transcend normal limits on teleportation, allowing you to move freely across vast distances and strike with unmatched precision.

  • Unbound Bamf: You can now teleport up to 120 feet when you use Bamf.

  • Void Step: As an action, you can spend 6 ki points to teleport to a location you have seen within the last 24 hours, regardless of distance, as long as it is on the same plane of existence. You can also bring along a number of willing creatures equal to your Wisdom modifier (minimum of 1), provided they are within 10 feet of you when you teleport.

    • After using Void Step, you and any creatures that traveled with you gain resistance to all damage until the start of your next turn.
