Base Class: Bard
With a whip in hand mist weavers control the battlefield, moving on the wind, and stopping enemies in their tracks.
Mist Whip
You pull strands of mist from the air as though they were strings of a violin. You can manifest a whip made from the mist, as if drawing or stowing a weapon. This weapon deals 2d6 psychic damage and uses your charisma modifier. You gain proficiency with whips.
Misty Step Inspiration
When you use your Bardic Inspiration on a creature, you can choose to instantly teleport to an unoccupied space you can see within 30 feet of you. This teleportation is accompanied by a brief swirl of mist, obscuring your form momentarily before you reappear at your destination.
Binding Mist
Once per turn, when you hit a creature with your Mist Whip. You can expend a bardic inspiration dice and force the target to perform a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save they take additional psychic damage equal to the bardic inspiration dice and are restrained until the end of your next turn.
Extra Attack
Starting at 6th level, you can attack twice, instead of once, whenever you take the Attack action on your turn.
Misty Veil
As an action you can disappear into the mist, becoming invisible for 10 minutes or until you attack or cast a spell. While invisible in this way you can shift between a physical and mist form. While in a mist form you can squeeze through any space that has an opening that is at least 1 inch wide. While in your physical form you can attack with your Mist Whip without breaking invisibility.
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
