Rogue
Base Class: Rogue

A flick of the wrist, a toss of the knife, blink and you’ll miss it! While many Rogues can claim to be stealthy and disappear, only the Escape Artists can literally vanish before your eyes in an instant. Making use of markers that can be attached to items as anchor points, these performers, thieves, and assassins are hard to pin down with their specialty in teleportation.

Loose Jointed

You can add your proficiency bonus to resist against being grappled. At level 13 this can also be applied to any check to resist being restrained.

Natural Talent

You gain Proficiency in Performance.

Blink and You'll Miss It

You gain the ability to set anchor points for your teleportation.

You can have a number of anchor points active equal to your proficiency bonus + 1. These anchor points can be attached to thrown weapons and small objects. As an action you can end any number of your anchor points, and they automatically end on a short or long rest.

As a bonus action, you can teleport to any anchor point you have active within the range of your movement speed.

You can choose to leave behind a small flashbang effect, any hostile creature within 5ft of the point you left makes a CON save (DC = 8 + DEX mod + Proficiency bonus), on a failure they are blinded until the start of your next turn and take 1d6 thunder damage. On a success they take no damage and suffer no other effects.

This teleportation ability evolves at higher levels:

9th: You can make one melee attack against a creature along the path of your teleportation.

13th:You can spend a reaction to teleport to one of your anchors in response to being targeted by a melee attack

17th: Your flashbang is upgraded to mimic the Thunderstep spell.

Extra Attack

You can make 2 attacks during your attack action.

My Lovely Assistant

You can mark 1 allied creature to carry an anchor point, which can be used to switch positions with that creature during one of your teleports.

Grand Finale

As an action, you can teleport between all of your active anchors. Along each individual line of teleportation, you can make a melee attack against one enemy within your range. You can apply your sneak attack damage to one of these strikes.
