Base Class: Monk
Though considered a slight laughing stock by others or confused for The Way of The Wyrm, make no mistake, they are followers of The Worm and could bury you fast. Those who follow the way of the worm must sleep in dirt just like their gods, a can of worms. They must be wiggly like the worm, covered in dirt like the worm, follow the worms decisions, and most of all they must be neutral like the worm. The worm knows all, sees all, and judges all. What comes from the ground will eventually return to the ground.
Worm Empowered Strike
As a follower of the Worm, you become one with the earth like the Worm and once per action if it is an attack and you are barefoot on the raw dirt, you can add 1d6 bludgeoning to your damage. At levels 5, 7, 11, and 17, you add an extra d6.
Bonus Proficiencies
Followers of the Worm need to be flexible like the Worm and to do so gain proficiency in Athletics and Acrobatics if you didn't have them already.
Movement of The Worm
Followers of the Worm know that the worm is unique in its movement in and on the ground and so learn to move like one so while you are prone, you can move along the ground a distance of half of your movement speed.
Redirection of The Worm
As a Follower of The Worm where flexibility is key, if you fail your attack roll you can instead spend ki to attempt to roll again to attack a different thing within 5 feet from you.
Wormen Sense
Becoming more in tune with worms can apparently have benefits. You gain a better sense of light and darkness, giving a + 2 to both passive and active perception if in a darker area and giving either and enhancement to or just giving Darkvision to 30ft. You have better senses for vibrations and gain tremorsense and can now "hear" or feel the vibrations of sounds not using your ears. You now get an enhanced sense of taste and smell, even if you don't have a nose or tongue. You get a very enhanced sense of touch which is how much of these effects are created.
Wormen Transformation
Followers of the Worm have one true purpose, to follow their Worm inspirers and become a Worm. Kind of like a druid though slightly different, once per 2 days you can transform into a Something Worm and gain their stats and abilities with temporary health equal to 10d20 + Con. modifier of health. Once your temporary hp runs out, you transform back to normal.
