"An oath. Using your hatred of the very stars, throw away your morality and desecrate those filth-ridden, no good, chicken looking, dirty winged heathens. Man, I hate celestials!" - Celica.
Rejecting your typical luxurious lifestyle as a celestial, cast yourself into the impoverished mortal realm, relinquishing your status as a deity. Your hatred is fuel, allowing you to go beyond what you normally could in combat, as long as it's against a celestial. This subclass allows the user to employ tactics used to effectively "declaw" and dethrone any angelically aligned foe. However, in an ironic twist, the true potential of this style is only harnessed if the user is a celestial themselves.
"Wings? I'm Familiar."
Starting at 3rd level, gain the awareness to know where and how to aim at a celestial's weak spot. Aiming at either legs or wings, apply the prone condition.
By shooting at their wings, the opponent must roll a saving throw above 16, on either constitution or dexterity. Upon failing the saving throw, they gain the prone condition. However, if they are winged, their flight is disabled as well, causing them to fall if they were midair. If they fall from midair, they must roll a constitution saving throw above 10. If failed, they must take 1d6 bludgeoning damage per 10ft fallen.
"Sinful Speech"
Starting at the 7th level, your experience and time hunting celestials has caused you to pick up some profane language towards those celestials.
At the start of an encounter, or to start an fight, be able to roll a charisma check to lace your words with horrid, heinous, and completely unholy speech. The lower the roll, the more effective the effect is. If rolled a six or below, apply stunned, if twelve or below, cause the opponent to only target Celica, and gain a modifier to their attacks. The modifier is the difference to 7. (If 12, 12-7 = 5, etc..). However, if above 12, it does nothing.
"Descendant of War"
Starting at 11th level, my kinship to Ares allows me to manipulate the facets of war. The ability to rally and empower allies.
An evolution of "Sinful Speech", rather than neglect your gifts, embrace them. Being the descendant of Ares himself, have a natural prowess to encourage your allies. Rolling a charisma check, if it is a 16 or higher, +2 to their roll. Also allows the use of religion checks to rectify missed rolls. Upon any attack missing, rolling a successful 15 or higher, divine intervention will cause your, or your ally's attack to hit.
"Disillusion of The Damned"
"Celica. Can you hear this? It's me. Your grandfather. Please. Come home. I'm here for you."
"..You liar."
..................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................
As the arrows and bullets shower the sky, as your allies are downed and struggling to survive, as all hell breaks loose, you hear it. An offer to help you, an offer to return to your perfect lifestyle as a celestial. Just a childish rebellion? I would've came home anyway? It's just a mistake?
"The mistake I made was to live among you."
"This 'mistake' is my choice."
"It's who I am, now."
"..And who I want to be."
Cast your conscious aside, and fully rebel against your kind, refusing to see a celestial as any more what they are. Your prey. Convince yourself that this path is the only one you can take, relinquishing your divine intervention, in place of your raw and unbridled strength, acknowledging that you are much more than a celestial. You're you. The pinnacle of what should be aspired, longed for. Starting at 15th level, when all the chips are down, and when you and your comrades are at their breaking point, trick yourself. Deceive yourself. For you, are the damned, the unfit angel. Gain a flight that has a speed of 300ft, apply frightened to all who see your transformation, all shots made automatically hit if the target has a dex saving throw of less than 8, and an unwillingness to die by celestial hands, being unable to be slain by a God or angel temporarily. Disillusion yourself. You can never return to Heaven now. The Disillusion of The Damned.
