Base Class: Fighter
Remade for the 2024 Fighter with a few changes, this one will not likely receive updates since dnd beyond deletes replacement features when you make a new version and it was bad enough remaking it once.
The samurai places his hand on his sword, wait, where did he go? He's behind you, you turn to face him, just as you go to make your move you collapse into a pile of flesh.
MAKE SURE TO ENABLE "Optional Class features." in the home tab of character creation under Optional Features.
ONLY ENABLE THE IMPROVED FEATURES AFTER LEVEL 18, otherwise none of the features will appear on your character sheet.
Unarmored Defense
Starting at 3rd level, you have an Unarmored Defense of 13+ Dex. You can use a shield and still gain this benefit.
Cleaving Swings
Starting at 3rd level, once per attack, whenever you land a melee attack, you may move up to 5ft and land the same attack on another target within your melee reach.
The secondary target takes half the damage of the first, unless the first target died, or you rolled a Critical Strike.
Already Dead
Starting at 3rd level, whenever you land a melee weapon attack, you can choose to delay the damage your target would take until the damage from your cumulative attacks becomes lethal, once the accumulated damage is enough to kill the target they take all of the damage simultaneously as if it were one attack.
Accumulated damage is lost when the target takes a rest.
Blinding Speed
Starting at 7th level, your speed increases by 10 feet while you are not wearing armor, you have Advantage on Dexterity Saving Throws, and Acrobatics checks.
You are able to run across vertical surfaces, ceilings, and water when using your movement.
You are capable of jumping up to 10ft from surface to surface without rolling, while within 5ft of a wall you may reduce your fall speed to 60 feet a round.
Preemptive Counter-Attack
Starting at 10th level, as a Reaction, whenever you are attacked by an enemy and their attack is not by Surprise, or a Critical Strike, you may move up to half of your movement to enter melee range of the enemy and make a melee weapon attack against them, your attack lands before theirs and if they die or take a Critical Strike, they are unable to finish their attack against you.
Bottomless Fighting Spirit
Starting at 15th level, at the start of your turn, if you are at or below half health, you gain Temp Health equal to your Fighter level.
Further Beyond
Starting at 18th level, all previous subclass features are improved.

3rd levels Unarmored Defense becomes 15+Dexterity.
3rd levels Cleaving Swings can now be used twice per attack, and allows for 10ft of movement.
3rd levels Already Dead whenever you will it, they take the accumulated damage.
7th levels Blinding Speed becomes 20ft, with a no-roll jump of 15ft, allows you to wall cling.
10th levels Preemptive Counter-Attack allows the entirety of your walk speed.
15th levels Bottomless Fighting Spirit has the added effect of: whenever a combat concludes, or you are stabilized from the dying state, regain Hit Points equal to your Fighter level.
