Flaming Retaliation

When a creature you have given a bardic inspiration to is hit, they can choose to roll the dice and deal the result in fire damage.

Burning Light

Once per short rest, you can radiate strong light in a 15 ft radius. Creatures within this area have disadvantage on attack rolls against you. As well, if someone is holding concentration inside the area, they have disadvantage on concentration rolls. This condition ends at the (start/end) of your next turn. This takes a (bonus/action) to activate.
