Base Class: Druid
Soon to be
Primal Form
You gain an additional use for your Wild Shape feature. As a bonus action, you can expend one use of Wild Shape to transform into a primal state. The appearance of your primal state is up to you, as long as it maintains your basic limb structure. For example, you could gain fur or scales, grow sharp claws, or develop wing-like membranes under your arms.
This transformation lasts for 1 hour, until you fall unconscious, or until you use a bonus action to revert to your normal form. While in this form, you can still cast spells and maintain concentration. You may not use a shield while in this form, instead adding your wisdom modifier to your AC, and ignoring the properties of any armor you're wearing, such as disadvantage on stealth. Additionally, you gain temporary hit points equal to three times your druid level for the duration of this form.
At this level, you gain access to two different forms.
Competence of the Canine
You gain advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks, and Wisdom (Perception) checks based on smell, sight, and hearing. In addition, your Dexterity score and maximum increases by +3 for the duration.
Boldness of the Bear
Your size increases to large. You additionally gain advantage on Constitution checks made to maintain concentration on a spell when you take damage. Your Constitution score and maximum increases by +3 for the duration. (This increases your maximum hp, but not your current hp.)
Ravager's Instinct
When you choose this circle at 2nd level, you learn the Primal Savagery cantrip, which doesn't count against the number of druid cantrips you know, and you can cast it as a bonus action.
Bestial Soul
Your mastery of primal strength has advanced to the point where you start each day already in your primal state, as if you had expended a use of your Wild Shape feature. This form remains until your next long rest or until you fall unconscious. You can still use your Wild Shape feature to transform into a primal state as normal, according to the ability, ending after an hour as normal.
While in your primal state, whenever you cast the Primal Savagery cantrip as an action, you make two attack rolls as opposed to one, and you gain resistance to slashing, piercing, and bludgeoning damage from weapons that aren't silvered. You also gain access to three new forms.
Strength of the Shark
You gain advantage on Strength(Athletics) checks made to grapple enemies, and may add your wisdom modifier to grapple checks. In addition, you gain a swimming speed equal to your walking speed, and can breathe underwater. Moreover, your Strength score becomes 19. This bonus has no effect on you if your Strength is already 19 or higher.
Agility of the Airborne
You gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed. In addition, your Dexterity score and maximum increases by +3 for the duration.
Eye of the Tiger
Your walking speed doubles. Whenever you cast the Primal Savagery cantrip as a bonus action, you make two attack rolls as opposed to one.
Dragon's Heart
At 10th level, your ability to transform transcends ordinary beasts. As a bonus action, you can expend two uses of your Wild Shape feature to acclimate your body as if you possessed the heart of a dragon. This transformation functions as per your Primal Form feature, but you cannot start the day in this form through the Bestial Soul feature. You can only use this ability once per day, regardless of how many Wild Shape uses you have left, until you reach 20th level in this class.
Dragon's Heart
-
Your walking speed increases by 15 feet, and you gain a flying speed equal to your walking speed.
-
Your Strength, Dexterity, and Constitution scores, along with their maximums, increase by 3.
-
Once per turn, you can use your bonus action to unleash a breath weapon in a 30-foot cone. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC, taking a number of d6s in damage of your choice (acid, cold, fire, lightning, or poison) equal to your druid level on a failed save, or half as much on a success. After using the breath weapon, you must roll a 5 or 6 on a d6 to use it again. At 14th level, this requirement changes to a 4-6, and at 18th level, you can use it at will in this state.
-
The size of your breath weapon increases to 60ft at 14th level, and 90ft at 18th level.
Leader of the Pack
Starting at 14th level, your deep connection with the essence of other creatures allows you to hunt as the head of an efficient pack. While in your Primal Form or Dragon's Heart state, you gain a +2 bonus to your spell attack rolls and an additional damage die on melee spell attacks for each ally within 10 feet of you. This bonus can stack up to a maximum of your wisdom modifier.
Your Primal Forms and Dragon's Heart state also undergoes an evolution, as the capability of both is merged, to a degree. You may choose at the start of your day, two of the options available. (For example, Eye of the Tiger and Dragon's Heart). By expending all of your charges of wildshape for the day, you merge the two, gaining the effects of both simultaneously until you take a long rest or fall unconscious. Whilst in this state,
