Base Class: Monk
You follow a monastic tradition that teaches you to resist and manipulate the cold. When you focus, you can command the very ice and snow to bend to your will, manipulating the air around you to create frozen armaments or harm enemies.
Often monks of this tradition are wanderers traversing the frozen lands and spreading the words of a chosen god or idol of worship. Some may follow the teaching on nature based gods, some others may worship elementals of ice. Others may even worship white dragons and enact their will, gathering followers and plundering villages under their command.
Divine Ice Fist
You can use your Bonus action and 1 focus point to give any unarmed strike you make an additional 1d8 cold damage for the next minute. This ability can only be used while Divine Ice Fist is not already active.
Divine Ice Breath
As an Attack Action, you can use 2 focus points and breathe a 15 ft. cone of cold in front of you. All creatures within range must make a Constitution saving throw or take 5d8 cold damage and half as much on a success. You roll an additional 1d8 damage at 11th level, and another at 17th level.
Divine Snow Step
Snow and ice does not count as difficult terrain and you can walk across water by creating ice platforms beneath your feat as you move.
As a Bonus Action, when you stop moving while standing on a body of water, you can freeze the surface of the water in a 15 ft. sphere centered beneath your feet. While you remain in the center, the platform remains balanced, and tips to whichever side you position yourself. After dismounting the ice, it quickly evaporates into water again after 1 round.
Divine Fortitude of the Frozen
You gain resistance to cold damage. When an attack is made against you, you can use your reaction and 2 focus points to increase your AC by 3 for that attack, but only before the roll result of the attack is determined.
At 17th level, you can increase your AC by 5 instead.
Divination of The Whiteward
You can choose a specialty determined by your focus in your martial training.
Whiteward Wall
Whenever you make an unarmed strike, you can use a focus point to increase your AC by 1 until the start of your next turn.
Whiteward Weapons
As an attack, you can use a Focus Point to create a simple melee weapon of ice or encase your current weapon in a casing of ice to inflict an additional 2d8 cold damage on top of that weapons damage. When you create a weapon with this feature, it counts as a monk weapon for you and uses the same damage dice and properties as the weapon type it is based upon.
The created weapon lasts until you drop it, or you start a long rest, in which it turns into water and dissipates. If the weapon is thrown, it will dissipate after it strikes or misses it's target.
Whiteward Weathering
As a Magic Action, you can spend Focus Points to cast the following spells:
Ice Knife: You can spend 1 Focus Points and cast Ice Knife at 2nd level.
Ice Storm: You can spend 2 Focus Points and cast Ice storm at 4th level.
