Monk
Base Class: Monk

Glyphdancing is a complex art but at its core is only one ability: you can create glyphs and they can create force. A Glyphdancer can spend one Ki point to imbue it onto a space by touching it. That space then glows and a circular glyph appears on it. Your glyphs attract or repel each other as and when you decide. So long as you have 1 Ki point you can create a glyph anywhere on your body or a monk weapon you hold and it applies force as well. You gain a variety of features based on the creative usage of these glyphs.

Glyphtouch

Whenever you take an interact with object action, as part of it you may spend 1 Ki point to mark that object, or a 5 ft circle on it if it's over 10ft long. You choose two abilities you can use with these glyphs. You learn another at levels 6, 9, 13, and 17. You may also choose to replace any you know with any others at those levels. The mark lasts until

 - A total of your WIS stat damage is dealt to it (not the object it is placed on)

 - You move more than 5 miles from it

 - A dispel is cast on it

 - You choose to unmark it and regain the Ki point

Chasing Glyph

You may move up to your full move speed directly towards any glyph as a swift action.

Constricting Glyph

You may use an action to make any marked creature perform a STR saving throw. On a fail, they take 1 your martial arts die damage and their speed is reduced to zero until the start of your next turn. On a success, they avoid damage and their movement speed is only halved for the duration.

Exploding Glyph

You may use an action to destroy any glyph you've placed, unmarking the area. All enemies within a 10ft radius must make a DEX save or take 2 your martial arts die + your WIS and proficiency modifiers damage (half as much on a success). You may now spend up to your WIS modifier Ki points to place that many new glyphs anywhere within the 10ft hit, including on enemies that failed the save.

Falling Glyph

Whenever you hit a marked enemy with an unarmed strike or attack with a monk weapon, you may use a swift action to force them to make a CON saving throw or be knocked prone and receive additional damage equal to your WIS modifier.

Imbalancing Glyph

Whenever a marked creature (after lvl 6) or a creature on/moving onto a marked space attempts to take any action, you may use your reaction to force them to make a STR saving throw. On a fail, they lose the action. On a success, any rolls made in the action are at disadvantage and their move speed is halved during it.

Seeing Glyph

Whenever a creature moves within 10ft of one of your glyphs, even if they're using stealth or invisible, you know. You may, as a swift action, dispel any form of invisibility or stealth from a marked creature or one touching a glyph. Marked creatures, or any within 5ft of a glyph, gain no benefit from cover against you and cannot make sneak attacks against or surprise you. You may spend an action to look through one of your glyphs as if it were yourself and you casted true sight.

Shattering Glyph

You may use an action to detonate any of your glyphs, unmarking the area and forcing any enemies in a 10ft radius to make a DEX save or take damage equal to your martial arts die + your WIS modifier.

Sliding Glyph

Whenever you move, you may also move as many of your glyphs as you want up to half of your movement in any direction as a swift action.

Spiking Glyph

As a reaction to an enemy touching one of your glyphs, you may destroy it, unmarking the area to force them to make a DEX saving throw or take your martial arts die + your WIS modifier worth of damage.

Throwing Glyph

Whenever you hit a marked creature with an unarmed strike or attack with a monk weapon, you may immediately use a swift action to force that enemy to make a CON saving throw or be pushed up to 10 * your WIS modifier feet directly away from you. If this movement presses them against a wall or obstacle, they must make a DEX save or take 1 your martial arts die damage. If this movement passes through or to another creature, they must both make a DEX save. If they both fail, they each take damage based on the other's size (tiny: 0, small: 1d4, medium: 1d6, large : 1d8, huge: 1d10, gargantuan: 1d12) + your WIS modifier damage.

Glyphstrike

Whenever you touch a willing creature or hit an unwilling one with an unarmed strike or a melee attack with a monk weapon, you may spend 1 Ki point to mark them. You may now target them with Glyphtouch abilities. The mark expires as it would with an object, or if the marked creature takes an action to attempt a WIS save and passes. Additionally, you now have access to more offensive Glyph abilities.

Glyphblade

You encircle any monk weapon with your Ki, making it function as a glyph. Any abilities whose targeting is based on a glyph's location can now use any space within 5ft of you as the focus. You also gain a specialization based on your preferred weaponry.

Gauntlet of Glyphs

Whenever you make an unarmed strike, you may use one of your flurry of blows hits to perform a Glyph Ability as a swift action, even if you've already taken one this turn.

Glaive of Glyphs

When using a reach weapon, the Glyphblade effect applies anywhere within 10ft of you. Additionally, whenever you place a glyph anywhere, every opponent within a 10 foot radius of it must decide whether to move 5 * your WIS modifier feet directly away from it or take 2 martial arts die + proficiency and WIs modifiers damage.

Goad of Glyphs

You may use the Glyphstrike feature on ranged attacks. You have a bonus to hit equal to half your remaining Ki points when making ranged attacks against marked enemies.

Greatsword of Glyphs

Whenever you make a melee attack with a one-handed, non-reach, non-special weapon against a marked enemy, you deal extra damage equal to your remaining Ki points.

Guard of Glyphs

You gain a bonus to AC equal to half your remaining Ki points. Whenever a melee attack against you fails to beat your AC, you may use your reaction to mark the attacker with a glyph.

Glyphhold

Your glyphs are more solid constructs, confining opponents and weighing them down.
