As glorious leader, you can use your underlings spell slots and hit point, as everything is shared equally
People’s gift
When you reduce an enemy to 0 Hit Points, you gain a spell slot. You also gain this benefit if someone else reduces an enemy within 10 feet of you to 0 Hit Points.
Communist Spells
The magic of your patron ensures you always have certain spells ready; when you reach a Warlock level specified in the Fiend Spells table, you thereafter always have the listed spells prepared.

The People are willing to help
You can call on your fiendish patron to alter fate in your favor. When you make an ability check or a saving throw, you can use this feature to add advantage to your roll by using one of your pact magic slots.You can do so after seeing the roll but before any of the roll’s effects occur. You regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.
Republic of the commune
You can use other people’s spell slots interchangeably with your own for any reason. Enemies must make a save against your spell casting DC to prevent this effect. if it is resisted, then you can either use your own slot, or waste the action.
Damage is shared
Whenever you take damage, you can expend a pact magic slot to reflect half of the damage to any other creature, you can only do this if the initial damage doesn’t make you unconscious.
