Monk
Base Class: Monk

As a warrior of the ancients, you have studied weapons that have been used from ages past. Your study has allowed you to use them with a proficiency greater than anyone in the realm. You see the advance of weaponry as a dismissal of the old ways and the rich history or war.

Level 3 : Way of the Blade

Mastery. You get Weapon Mastery for any weapon you are already proficient in. You may change this mastery when taking a long rest.

Martial Strike.  Whenever you hit with a monk weapon you can make all of the unarmed strike options with this attack (damage, grapple, shove).

Level 6 : Martial Throw

Your mastery with monk weapons allows you to fling them about the battlefield with incredible expertise.

Improvised Throw. Weapons you have mastery with now also have the thrown property. There range is 20/60 if the thrown property is being added and increases by 10 feet if they already have the thrown property.

Quick Recovery. You can pick up a weapon off the ground as part of your attack. It does not count as an object interaction

Level 11 : Flurry of Strikes

Whenever you make an unarmed strike, you can choose to use your monk weapon instead.

Level 17 : Unmatched Skill

You can now use your weapons in inspired and unexpected ways.

Superior Mastery. When you make an attack with a monk weapon you can add an additional weapon mastery effect to that attack from Mastery Properties table.

Versatile. You have mastery with all monk weapons.

You have improved use of the following masteries:

Improved Sap. Sap now stacks the next number of attacks a monster makes with disadvantage.

Improved Slow. A creature hit more than once by a weapon with this property is slowed an additional 10 feet on each hit.
