You hereby call onto Circe, who Will help you on one condition. That you'll be hers forever. Of course there are other ways of persuasion. but until you meet the goddess yourself. you can't discuss this idea.

Circe's Blessing

Starting at Level 1, When you reduce an enemy to 0 HP, you gain Advantage on your next saving throw, this does not Stack!

Circe's Spells

At Level 1. Circe Allows you to choose from an expanded list of spells when you learn a warlock spell. The following spells are added to the warlock spell list for you.

Circe's Manipulation

Starting at Level 6, You can call on Circe to Manipulate fate in your favor. When you make an attack roll or ability check you can use this feature to add 1d10 to your roll. You can do so after seeing the roll but before any of the roll’s effects occur.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), but you can use it no more than once per roll. You regain all expended uses when you finish a Long Rest.

Holy Moly

Starting at Level 10, You get the ability to summon Circe's Chimera, its  a Small Chimera in Spectral form. When it reduces to 0 Hitpoints, the Chimera will disappear. You can only summon the Chimera once per Long Rest. 

Stat Block

Puppeteer

Starting at Level 14, Once per turn when you hit a creature with an attack roll, you can try to Call upon Circe's power to turn the creature into a pig. The target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw against your spell save DC, or the target Turns into a pig. The target takes 8d10 Psychic damage if it isn’t a Fey, and it has the Incapacitated condition until the end of your next turn, when it returns to themselves the space it previously occupied or the nearest unoccupied space. 

Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a Long Rest unless you expend a Pact Magic spell slot (no action required) to restore your use of it
