Monk
Base Class: Monk

Warriors of the Martial Arts focus exclusively on augmenting their martial arts. These Monks hone their bodies to the absolute limit, going faster and striking harder than other Monks. They are often wandering the world, seeking new opponents to test their training against.

Body Strengthening

You can stretch the limits of your training. Spend 1 Focus Point as a Bonus Action to gain a bonus equal to half your Proficiency Bonus rounded down to the attack, damage, and save DCs of your Unarmed Strikes for 10 minutes.

Wrestling Mastery

You are adept at incapacitating a target using nothing but your body. You can use your Stunning Strike feature when you attempt to Grapple or Shove a target. If you successfully Grapple a target and it does not escape your Grapple by the end of that target's turn, you can spend 1 Focus Point and your Reaction to trigger your Stunning Strike feature on that target, if you had not attempted a Stunning Strike on that target during your prior turn. You can make a Grapple or Shove attempt on creatures no more than three sizes larger than you.

Honed Body

Your training has amplified your body even further beyond its natural limits. When you activate Body Strengthening, you can choose one of three benefits. You can either improve your Armor Class by half your Proficiency Bonus rounded down, or you can increase your movement speed by 10 times half your Proficiency Bonus rounded down, or you can increase your Strength, Dexterity and Constitution Saving Throws by half your Proficiency Bonus rounded down. At the start of your turn, you can change this benefit as long as Body Strengthening is active.

Master of Martial Arts

Your training has brought you as close to the peak as possible. Any time you attempt to Grapple or Shove a target, it makes its save at Disadvantage. Your Stunning Strikes no longer cost a Focus Point.
