Base Class: Warlock
You have made a deal with a Silhouettist, a sadistic demon that forces souls into their twisted shows for eternity, in exchange for you becoming one of her actors after you die she has given you access to her cast. She will torment you with hallucinations for yourself and those around you.
Silhouette Servants
You gain a budget of silhouettes equal to your charisma modifier the number of silhouettes you have summoned at one time cannot be larger than this budget. As a bonus action you can summon and expend any number of silhouettes equal or less than the number of silhouettes in your budget, they have the statics as follows: (Actions in bold, passives in italics)
- Mimicked Skills: Silhouettes have the same modifiers as their owner for skills and statistics and Silhouettes can take all humanoid actions except any class features or attack actions
- Silhouettes Vitality: Silhouettes have hit points equal to the owners warlock level + charisma modifier
- Spectral Grappling: Silhouette's can grapple opponents by making a spell attack against them. While Silhouettes grapple someone the owner can allow one ally or themself who does 1 extra damage dice for every silhouette grappling them when dealing damage to the grappled target
- Guard: You can chose an ally as an action and next time that ally is attacked if they are within the Silhouettes movement distance the silhouette can take the attack for the person
- Swap: As a bonus action yourself and a silhouette action you may swap places with them or swap the silhouette position with a teammate
- Transfer life: As a bonus action you can deal damage to a silhouette and then heal an ally for that same amount of health.
Any other familiars you possess can be given the benefits or actions of sillouttes from this subclass but do not gain the “mimicked skills” or “Siloittes vitality” traits. All lost silhouettes from your budget are regained after a long rest. You may also use a spell slot to swap any number of allies with any number (even its less than the number of allies) positions. Lastly, you may use a spell slot to add silhouettes to replenish your budget by an amount equal to the spells level.
At Level 5: Your budget grows to being equal to your charisma modifier + your proficiency bonus at level 6. You may also use a spell slot to swap an enemy and a silhouette’s positions if the enemy fails a constitution saving throw.
