The Warrior of the Watchful Eye stands as a sentinel with unwavering gaze, mind and body honed to guard against deceptions and arcane threats, becoming a paragon of vigilance and clarity. Their presence alone a warning to those who would make deception and the night their home.
Watchers Focus
From 3rd level:
- Piercing Sight: Your senses sharpen; you gain 30 feet of True Sight
- Sharpened Mind: You gain proficiency in intelligence saving throws
- Heightened Awareness: You can add your Intelligence modifier to Perception and Insight ability check
Focused Disruption: Additionally, when you strike with a Flurry of Blows, you can spend two focus points to disrupt the target's concentration. The target cannot save against this disruption, unless they use a legendary resistance to do so.
Darkened Aura
From 6th level you may expend 3 focus points as a bonus action to create magical darkness around you in a 10 foot emanation for 1 minute. You may drop this darkness as a bonus action on your turn.
You also learn the spell Pass without Trace, which you can cast as an action, without requiring a spell slot, by expending 3 focus points instead of the usual VSM components.
Perfected Strikes
From 11th level your precision in combat reaches new heights
- After rolling to attack, you can spend 1 focus point to turn a 19 on a d20 into a critical hit.
- When you land a critical hit against a using either an attack action, or part of your flurry of blows, you may make one additional attack as part of that same action or bonus action.
Your true sight also increases to 60 feet.
All-seeing Gaze
From 17th level, your watching eye allows you to discern more in the world around you .
- Your true sight increases to 120 feet
- You are aware of the condition immunities, and damage immunities, resistances, and vulnerabilities for any creature within your true sight.
- As a bonus action you can spend 3 focus points to dispel all illusions and invisibility within range of your true sight
- When you spend 1 focus point to convert a 19 on a d20 into a critical hit, you may now convert either an 18 or 19 into a critical hit.
