College of Domination

The esteemed college of domination specializes in breaking your foes no matter how bratty they are. Breaking the enemy down makes it easier for the entire party to inflict maximum damage.Domination bards are sure to have the enemies whipped in no time.

Trained Dom

When you join the College of Domination at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with medium armor, shields, and whips. The damage die of your whip is equal to your bardic inspiration die.

Discipline

At level 3 you have learned how to properly punish creatures that need a heavy hand. Once per turn when you hit an enemy with a whip attack, you can expend a use of bardic inspiration to impose a constitution saving throw against your bard spell save dc. On a failure, the enemy is stunned until the end of your next turn.

Subjugation

Starting at level 6, you have learned how to subjugate your foes to maximum pain. You can attack twice when taking the attack action. If you use a whip to attack on your attack action, you can attack with a whip again as a bonus action.

Additionally, you regain a use of bardic inspiration once per turn if you score a critical hit or an enemy within 60 ft is reduced to 0 hp.

Domination

Starting at level 14, you have become an expert rigger, a true master of the art of domination. As an action you can cause chains to erupt from the earth to chain up your enemies, forcing creatures of your choice in a 30×30 ft cube to succeed on a Dexterity Saving throw against your bard spell save de or be restrained for 1 minute. They can make an Athletics or Acrobatics check against your bard spell save DC as an action to escape, ending the effect on a success. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus (rounded down), regaining all expended uses on a short or long rest. You can also expend a spell slot of 4th level or higher to regain a use.
