Waifu warriors are fighters of unparalleled elegance, sometimes wielding comically oversized weapons but making graceful use of whatever they wield; they are nimble and beautiful, but also surprisingly resilient. Legends say that the archetype was first codified by an elvish queen who was left grieving after a mostly successful coup attempt and very successful regicide attempt: she took up her fallen king's greatsword, the symbol of the royal house, and battled back against her evil stepmother's forces. She rallied her people behind her and turned the tide against the usurpers, but her stepmother cursed her with madness with her last breath, giving her tale a tragic ending that is used as a warning against revenge and ambition.

Since then, waifu warriors(male adherents being known as husbando heroes) have become a more focused disciple, with defined techniques and a distinct style. The way is sometimes taught to more athletic nobles as a practice in self-defense that has a dignified feel, as opposed to the regular military. Most don't emerge from an aristocratic background, though, and are seen as paragons of hope and beauty who rise up to the defense of the common man. But regardless of their origins, with their charm and elegant strength, waifu warriors are equipped to stand against the darkness and write a beautiful new chapter of history.

Dainty Defense

Despite often seeming clumsy out of combat, the senses and aesthetics of waifu warriors are fine-tuned for the art of battle. Their poise and athleticism make it difficult to land a solid blow on them. You have a 3+Charisma modifier bonus to your unarmored AC.

Elegant Athlete

Thanks to your charm and  prowess, your elegance manifests as a glittering burst of flower petals that springs from a swing of your weapon, dazzling them and allowing you to dance into position. You deal 1d4+Charisma modifier Radiant damage to the target and enemies within 5 feet of it you can see in reach of your weapon when you land a melee weapon attack.

In addition, immediately after you score a Critical Hit, you can move up to half your Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks.

Battle Dance

Your grace and knowledge of waifu warrior techniques allows you to prance through mazes of enemies with ease. You can move through the spaces of creatures at least one size larger than you, and opportunity attacks against you have disadvantage.

Heroic Grace

The vigorous rush of battle drives you toward victory, enhancing your elegance and letting you position to target distant enemies. Your reach with melee weapon attacks increases by 5 feet, and your unarmored movement speed increases by 10 ft.

Fluttering Step

With precise footwork and thinking beautiful thoughts, you can use your speed to flutter into the air and descend gracefully. When you use your Tactical Shift or Elegant Athlete features, you can spend any portion of that movement flying. In addition, you are always considered to be under the effect of the Feather Fall spell.

Puissant Pulchritude

You attain the pinnacle of prettiness in battle, your grace and gutsiness reaching the next level and giving you these benefits.

Effortless Elegance. You have a +1d4 bonus to Ability checks and saving throws.

Undeniable Charm. Resistance to non-magical Bludgeoning, Slashing, and Piercing damage while below half HP.
