Starting at level 3, You transform your body into the powerhouse and a symbol that people can aspire too, essentially improving all your natural abilities. You can Transform yourself into

Starting at lvl 6 your ability to channel One for All has reached the point where you are able to focus it into devastating attacks.

Rushing kick

The Monk runs towards an enemy while keeping his hands in a cross position, then in a downwards cross chop to the enemies head.
