Monk
Base Class: Monk

The universe and all things within are forever creeping towards an end, and the Warriors of Nihility are harbingers of that end. Their bodies waste away as they exert themselves, and then they pass that degradation on to their enemies. Practitioners of this path embrace nihility and not only accept that all things with eventually end, but actively seek to cause the end to arrive sooner.

3rd Level - Apathy

The Warrior of Nihility needs 7 levels of Exhaustion before dying. At 6th level this is increased to 8 levels of Exhaustion, at 11th level this is increased to 9 levels of Exhaustion, and at 17th level this is increased to 10 levels of Exhaustion.

The Warrior of Nihility doesn't suffer any penalty to movement from having Exhaustion.

3rd Level - All Good Things...

When the Warrior of Nihility makes an attack and misses, they gain one level of Exhaustion.

3rd Level - ...Come To An End

When making a Flurry of Blows, if the Warrior of Nihility has at least 2 levels of Exhaustion, they use "Draining Strikes" instead.

Draining Strikes: This attack automatically hits, dealing twice your Martial Arts die in damage, but doesn't apply Ability modifiers to the damage. Then the Warrior of Nihility loses two levels of Exhaustion and the creature hit by Draining Strikes gains one level of Exhaustion.

6th Level - Fall Of The World

As an action, in a 20 foot radius around them, the Warrior of Nihility can target a number of creatures equal to their current level of Exhaustion. They lose levels of Exhaustion equal to the number of creatures targeted, and each creature targeted gains one level of Exhaustion.

When the Warrior of Nihility is hit by an attack, they gain one level of Exhaustion. Whenever they gain or lose a level of Exhaustion, they heal one Hit Point.

11th Level - I Remain

When the Warrior of Nihility reaches their maximum level of Exhaustion, instead of dying, they lose one level of Exhaustion, drop to 0 Hit Points, fall unconscious and begin making Death Saving Throws. They cannot gain any levels of Exhaustion while at 0 HP.

At 17th level, there is no negative effect of being at the maximum level of Exhaustion.

17th Level - All Is Nothing

The Warrior of Nihility has embraced the true and inevitable end of all things. Right when they reach 10th level of Exhaustion, as a reaction, they can use "Fall of the World." This can be done once before requiring a short or long rest.

The Warrior of Nihility takes reduced damage equal to half their current level of Exhaustion, rounded down.
