Truth Behind Death
At 1st levels your spells now effect the Undead greater than ever. Any spell that would restore hitpoints now affect Undead. Any healing on Undead creatures heals for half the total amount. At lvl 14 this ability restores equal to the total rolled instead of half.
Channel Divinity - Frailness of Mortality
You single out a particular creature to become your undead thrall. Choose a single creature you can see that isn't a construct, and the CR (or total class levels, if it doesn't have a CR) of which is less than your cleric level. For up to 1 minute, or until your concentration on this ability ends (as if concentrating on a spell), the target creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw at the start of each of its turns or take necrotic damage equal to your Cleric level + Wisdom. If the target succeeds on three saves against this ability, the effect is automatically ended. A creature reduced to 0 hit points by this ability dies. A creature killed by this ability rises as an undead of appropriate type (as determined by the DM) at the end of its next turn, and remains active and loyal to you for 24 hours. You can use this ability on the same creature to reset this duration back to 24 hours.
When you use the Turn Undead option for your Channel Divinity, you can choose to exclude any number of undead creatures that are not hostile to you from its effects.
Protection of the Dead.
At 6th level when you are dealt damage, you may use your reaction to split that damage in half with a target undead under your control within 30ft. This damage cannot be resisted. If any undead under your control would die to this damage, you take the remainder.
Divine Strike
At 8th level, the cleric gains the ability to infuse his or her weapon strikes with necrotic energy. Once on each of the cleric’s turns when he or she hits a creature with a weapon attack, the cleric can cause the attack to deal an extra 1d8 necrotic damage to the target. When the cleric reaches 14th level, the extra damage increases to 2d8.
Master of Death
At 17th level, as an action, you invoke your subtle control over the powers of Death and Necromancy. Up to 6 undead minions within 30ft of you may use their reaction to make one Attack against a target within range.
