Many bards claim that clearer harmonies and smoother legato transitions are the marks of vocal progress. You know better. At 6th level you learn a new way to use your voice, making your damaging spells even more devastating.

Clean Melody

The sharp contrast between your soothing words, the dark message they convey, and the hard riffs under them leave your listeners disoriented and vulnerable to each of them.

Death Growl

Your vocals are low and guttural, intimidating to those used to 'normal' music. These people will do everything they can to get away and go to a different concert.

Screamo

Your 'singing' voice grows louder and more shrill, hurting the ears of those who hear you and dealing increased damage. You can use this as target supplements to emphasize specific attacks, or make it your entire song, deafening the whole audience, and your bandmates.

Shriek

Your pitch gets so high that it ruptures your target's eardrums, making them vulnerable to loud noises, but unable to hear their own bards trying to heal them.

Hidden Meaning

Your lyrical genius and usage of entendre confounds your audience, leaving them unable to get your song out of their head until they unravel each layer of your hidden meaning. They can try to ignore it, but the fact that they can never truly understand will haunt them forever.
