Ranger
Base Class: Ranger

Rangers of the Moon Tracker Conclave are attuned to the celestial cycles of the moon, channeling its phases and light to empower their abilities. They are hunters of the night and protectors of nature’s balance, utilizing moonlight to guide their path and mystify their foes.

Level 3: Moonlight Bond

Starting at Level 3
You gain an innate connection to the moon and its light. When you select this subclass:

  • You learn the Light cantrip and can cast it at will.
  • You can see in dim light and darkness as if it were bright light up to 120 feet.
  • Once per long rest, you can mark an enemy with your "Moon Tracker’s Mark," causing the target to emit dim light in a 10-foot radius for 1 minute. The marked creature has disadvantage on Stealth checks, the creature cannot benefit from the invisible condition, and your weapon attacks against it deal an extra 1d6 radiant damage.

Level 3: Lunar Guidance

Starting at Level 3
You can call upon the phases of the moon to guide your decisions. As a bonus action, choose a moon phase:

  • Full Moon: You or an ally within 30 feet regains 1d6 hit points.
  • Crescent Moon: Gain advantage on the next Stealth or Perception check you make within 1 minute.
  • New Moon: Enemies within 15 feet of you must make a Wisdom saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency + Wisdom modifier) or have disadvantage on attack rolls against you until the start of your next turn.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Wisdom modifier per long rest.

Level 7: Moonlit Stride

Starting at Level 7
The moonlight aids your movement. When moving through dim light or darkness, your movement speed increases by 10 feet, and you can move through non-magical difficult terrain without penalty. Additionally, while in dim light or darkness, you have advantage on Dexterity (Stealth) checks. In addition you can cast the spell Darkness on yourself and see through it unimpeded.

You cannot cast the spell again until you finish a long rest.

Level 11: Lunar Infusion

Starting at Level 11
Your connection to the moon’s power deepens, allowing your attacks to radiate celestial energy. Once per turn, when you hit a creature marked by your Moon Tracker’s Mark, you can force it to make a Constitution saving throw (DC = 8 + your proficiency + Wisdom modifier). On a failed save, it becomes blinded until the end of your next turn.

Level 15: Moonlit Ascendant

Starting at Level 15
You fully embody the power of the moon. You can use your bonus action to enter a lunar state for 1 minute. During this state:

  • You emit bright light in a 20-foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.
  • Your weapon attacks deal an additional 2d8 radiant damage.
  • You and your allies within the bright light gain resistance to radiant and necrotic damage.

You can use this feature once per long rest.
