Monk
Base Class: Monk

These warriors have striven to harness the ancient power of a dragon, transforming their inner spirit into a draconic presence. Through deep meditation, intense training, and pertinacious determination, these monks soon become able-minded of manifesting a spectral draconic aura, using it to strengthen their combative abilities. Their aura surrounds them with the projection of a fierce dragon, enhancing their strikes and protecting them in battle.

As Warriors of the Dragon improve, their spirit takes on more characteristics of a dragon, progressively becoming living avatars of a dragon itself. At their fullest, these monks can manifest their inner draconic being in its entirety, allowing it to physically fight alongside them in combat. In their completion, they embody the power of dragons, blending martial prowess with the untamed elemental fury of their spirit dragon.

Level 3: Draconic Presence

At the beginning of your turn, you can expend 1 Focus point to harness your inner dragon, enveloping yourself in a spectral aura shown as a draconic spirit. This manifestation lasts for 2 minutes. You gain the following benefits while this feature is active.

Draconic Vision: Your eyes change, taking on the recognizable, slit pupil of a dragon. You gain 60 feet of Darkvision, being able to see in dim light as if it were bright and darkness as if it were dim light. If you already have Darkvision in a 60 foot range, you can see in any dimness as if it were bright.

Dragon's Teeth: When you make an Unarmed Strike, the spectral dragon head that protects you thrashes out, its jaws tearing through the flesh of the creature you're targeting. This changes the attack's damage type to Piercing damage and is considered magical for the sake of overcoming physical resistance. You deal extra damage equal to your monk level+your wisdom modifier.

Dragon's Claws: When you make an Unarmed Strike, spectral claws from your draconic aura slice through the air to your target. This changes the Unarmed Attack's damage type to Slashing Damage. The spectral claws are considered magical for the sake of overcoming physical resistance. You deal extra damage equal to your monk level+your wisdom modifier.

Level 6: Dragon's Embodiment

Through your continuation of giving high efforts and unyielding discipline, your draconic manifestation has grown stronger and more defined. The draconic aura surrounding you now displays even more powerful draconic traits, with flourishing wings and a strong, steady tail.

When Draconic Presence is active, you gain the following benefits:

Heightened Abilities: Your smell, hearing and other senses become as sharp as a dragon's own. You now gain 30 feet of Blindsight, providing greater perception during battlefield conflicts.

Draconic Wings: Your draconic aura grows large wings, granting you a Flying speed equal to your walking speed.

Dragon's Tail: A spectral tail extends from your aura, lashing out in combat. When you commence an Unarmed Strike that deals Bludgeoning, Slashing, or Piercing Damage, you can use your spectral tail to expand your reach. This gives your Unarmed Strike a 15-foot reach, which can also be put to use as an enemy launches an opportunity attack. The spectral tail is considered magical for the sake of overcoming physical resistance.

Tough Skin: Your draconic manifestation protects you with magical scales. You gain resistance to Bludgeoning, Slashing, Piercing, and Force damage, and you gain a +1 bonus to your AC. This bonus increases for each Monk Subclass feature you earn, to a maximum of +3 AC bonus. Your damage type can be changed to Radiant for any melee attacks you make, and these will be considered magical for the sake of overcoming physical resistance.

Level 11: Dragon's Tongue

When Draconic Presence is active, you gain the following benefits:

Draconic Aura: When you activate Draconic Presence, you send a burst of aura vibrating out of your Dragon's manifestation. This aura spreads out in a 60 foot sphere, producing the feared effect to anyone within the radius. Anyone affected by your aura must make a Wisdom Saving Throw against your Focus save DC or concede 4d10 damage worth of hit points. On a successful save, the enemy will take half as much and be knocked prone until your next turn.

Dragon Spit: The spectral dragon surrounding you inhales deeply and unleashes a powerful breath attack. When you take the Attack action on your turn, you can replace one of the attacks with an exhalation of draconic energy in a 60 foot cone. Choose a damage type: Acid Damage, Cold Damage, Fire Damage, Lightning Damage, or Poison Damage. Each creature in that area must make a Wisdom saving throw against your Focus save DC, taking damage of the chosen type equal to 8d10 on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Level 17: Feast of the Dragon

Final Stand: When you are reduced to 0 hit points, your draconic essence implodes within you, spreading throughout your corpse until piercing into the material realm. By spending 4 focus points, this essence explodes out of your body and shapes into a cloud near the ground. Extending in a circular shape with a 20 foot radius, the cloud gives you the ability to feed on the lifeblood of any enemy within the targeted area. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom Saving Throw or lose 1/4 of their current hit point maximum and be knocked prone until the start of your next turn. You will gain back however many hit points they lost. On a successful save, the enemy will have disadvantage on all saving throws and attack rolls until the start of your next turn due to the draconic energy that seeped into them. When this feature is used and is not successful, you will gain advantage on all death saving throws and you cannot be penetrated by any enemies. Additionally, any allies within the clouded area will have advantage on all rolls and be shrouded from enemies until the effect ends (Final Stand lasts for 10 minutes after it is activated). Allies will deal double damage on their next attack before being revealed to opponents and once hit, enemies will receive the frightened condition from your draconic spirit within others.

Incarnation: You can now summon your inner draconic spirit to manifest in a physical form of its own. The dragon is a color of your choice and has hit points equal to your maximum health. It attacks on its own, rolls its own initiative, and gains all the abilities of you when you activate Draconic Presence. Your dragon deals double damage on all attacks it uses from Draconic Presence.
