Base Class: Rogue
This subclass allows a character to hone their more mischievous nighttime/hidden behavior of adventuring and yet maintain their appearance as a rule follower and commoner to others, including those closest to them.
Level 3: Unrecognized and Undetected
Your familiarity with wearing multiple hats in both your private and public life allow you to cast Prestidigitation at will as much as you would like and Disguise Self twice per a long rest
Your affiliation with the shadows and how they aid you allows you to cast Invisibility a twice per a long rest.
Level 3: Quick Change
You gain the ability to use spells that alter your appearance (including Invisibility) as a Bonus Action
You also gain proficiency on both Performance and Deception checks
Level 9: No Rest for the Two Faced
Through years of living a double life, taking a Short Rest now has the same effect as a Long Rest.
Level 13: Things are What They Seem
Your strong experience with deceiving others has now taught you to magically cast Modify Memory once per a long rest.
When casting Disguise Self you can choose for the effect to now be a material reality. The Spell now only lasts for 10 minutes, and the INT spell save is a DC 17.
Level 17: I Am No One
When you hit with your Sneak Attack or are disguised as someone or something else (must be an image that is familiar to the target), on the first round of a combat, the target must succeed on a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus your Dexterity modifier and Proficiency Bonus) if they fail choose one of the follow effects:
- Double attack’s damage against the target
- Alter the memory of the target to instantly forget the attack (will maintain altered appearance but not invisibility)
If target dies from the strike, you now have the option to cast Greater Disguise Self to become the victim. This option only lasts for as long as you can see the dead body and doe snot count towards your available casts.
