Embrace the Endless Evils through Song

Bards of the College of Occultic Hymn embrace dark deities, otherworldly being and evil patrons in fanatic and occultic fanfare. Often they convene within secret temples, ritual sites or hidden hideaways, committing heinous acts and ritualistic sermons. Often they are the charges of the members and direction of the masses, recruiting fanatics and members from across the lands.

Hymn of Ritualistic Sacrifice

When you inspire a creature, you can take 1d8 necrotic damage and heal that creature an equal amount of hit points.

Chant of Fanatic Inhibition

As a Magic Action, you can create an aura of inhibition in a 30ft emanation around you. Any creature you choose that can hear the chant subtracts 1d4 from any D20 test they make. You can continue using the effect indefinitely so long as you are not incapacitated and able to speak, but you must use a bonus action on any subsequent turns to maintain it.

You can only use this ability once per long rest. When you reach 6th level, the area of effect increases to 60ft and at 14th level, it increases to 120ft.

Rite of Severing Fate

When you complete a short or long rest, you can spend 10 minutes completing an occultic rite. Until you complete a long rest, whenever another creature within 30ft of you makes a D20 test, you can change the number rolled on the die to a 10 before any modifiers are applied. While active, you can use this ability three times before the effect fades.

Ritual of Occultic Prominence

While using your Chant of Fanatic Inhibition, you can use a Magic Action to activate this feature. For the next minute, any creature of your choosing within your aura rolls any attacks against other creatures with disadvantage. Also, when you are attacked by another creature, they must succeed a Wisdom Saving Throw or become Charmed.

You can only use this feature once per long rest.
