Bard
Base Class: Bard

Bards of the College of Jubilation are masters of charm, charisma, and spreading joy through performance. They believe in lifting spirits, dazzling foes, and inspiring their allies to shine as brightly as they do. These bards turn battles into theatrical displays, blending humor and artistry to support their party and bewilder their enemies.

Level 3: Dazzling Performance

Your presence alone can captivate an audience or unnerve foes. As an action, you can force creatures of your choice within 30 feet to make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failure, they are charmed or stunned (your choice) until the end of your next turn. Distracted creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls against targets other than you.

Additionally, you can add an additional 1d6 when you make a Persuasion or Performance skill check.

Level 3: Joyful Support

Your Bardic inspiration boosts both morale and vitality. When a creature uses your Bardic Inspiration die, they gain temporary hit points equal to the number rolled + your Charisma modifier (minimum 1).

Level 6: Mesmerizing Flourish

Your performances weave magic that captivates the senses. When you use an action to cast a spell or use your Dazzling Performance feature, you can choose one creature that can see you. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw or become incapacitated until the end of your next turn, as it becomes entranced by your artistry.

Level 14: Radiant Leader

Your boundless positivity empowers your allies and weakens your foes. As an action, you can unleash a jubilant display of magic and charm. Choose 4 creatures within 30 feet:

  • Friendly creatures gain temporary hit points equal to your bard level and can immediately use their reaction to move up to half their speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
  • Hostile creatures must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or be blinded until the end of their next turn.

Once you use this feature, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest or expend a spell slot of 3th level or higher.
