Bards of the College of Dissery are wordsmiths who use their intellectual prowess to destroy others self-esteem, will to live, and psyche. Most of the bards in this college are vigilantes that right wrongs and protect the weak, there are a select few that pick fights and hurt the powerless. Famous members of this college include Kendrick Lamar and Eminem.

When you join the College of Dissery at 3rd level, you gain proficiency with one weapon, one skill, and one tool of your choice.

Confidence Sap

At 3rd level, you gain the ability to sap the confidence and will of others. As an action, expend a Bardic Inspiration die and choose a creature within 120 ft. of you. That creature must make a Wisdom saving throw against your spell save DC or take psychic damage equal to the number rolled on the Bardic Inspiration die plus your proficiency bonus and become frightened of you for 1 minute.

Mic Drop

At 14th level, you can expend a Bardic Inspiration die to drop a spectral microphone. Every creature of your choice that can hear must make a Constitution saving throw against your spell save DC or take 4d8 thunder damage and become deafened for 1 minute.

Bardic Increase

Starting at 6th level, your Bardic Inspiration dice increase by one tier, up to a d20.
