Monk
Base Class: Monk

Level 3: Frame Manipulation

Chose One:

Flurry of Frames

At the start of your turn, you can spend 1 Focus Point to enter a heightened state of awareness, allowing you to perceive and exploit the "frames" of your enemy's movements for 10 minutes or until you have the Incapacitated condition. You gain the following benefits for the duration:

  • Stagger Strike: When you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike, you can force it to make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature's movement speed is halved, and it has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws until the start of your next turn, as you "cut frames" from its actions.
  • Double Frame Damage: Once per turn, when you hit with an Unarmed Strike, you can roll damage dice twice and take the higher roll.

Frame Vision

You can use a reaction to impose disadvantage on an attack roll against you by anticipating the enemy's movement as if watching in slow motion.

Level 6: Temporal Split

Chose One:

Burst of Frames

You can spend 2 Focus Points to unleash a flurry of strikes in a single instant. When you use this feature, you can make two additional Unarmed Strikes immediately after any attack you make on your turn.

Frame Division

You can perceive time in increments, allowing you to predict and counteract attacks. As a reaction, when a creature moves within 10 feet of you or makes an attack, you can teleport to an unoccupied space within 10 feet of your original position.

Level 11: High FPS Movement

Chose One:

24-Frame Assault

When you take the Attack action, you can make additional Unarmed Strikes equal to half your Proficiency Bonus (rounded up).

Frame Skipping

As a bonus action, you can spend 3 Focus Points to skip the frames between locations. Teleport up to 60 feet to a space you can see. This movement doesn’t provoke opportunity attacks.

Level 17: Cinematic Mastery

Chose One:

Time Rewind

As an action, you can spend 5 Focus Points to "rewind" time for yourself and others. Choose up to five creatures within 30 feet of you. Each target must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is reverted to the position and condition it had at the start of its previous turn. Creatures that succeed are unaffected.

Frame Breaker

When you hit a creature with an Unarmed Strike, you can choose to cut the flow of time around it. The creature must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw or be paralyzed until the end of your next turn. Once you use this feature, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest, unless you spend 5 Focus Points to use it again.

Ultra FPS Mode

As a bonus action, you can enter a state of unparalleled focus for 1 minute. While in this state:

  • Your movement speed is doubled.
  • You can make one additional Unarmed Strike on each of your turns.
  • Creatures that attempt to attack you have disadvantage on their rolls as your movements appear blindingly fast.
  • You can see invisible creatures and objects within 30 feet.
