Purple Dragon Ancestory

Long ago, a mighty purple dragon of unparalleled wisdom and magical prowess left an indelible mark on your family's lineage. This majestic creature's influence endures through generations, gifting select descendants with a potent blend of draconic power and mysterious charm. As a bearer of this legacy, you find yourself drawn to the arcane arts, harnessing the innate magical abilities that echo your draconic forebearer.

Draconic Aspect

Embodying the indomitable spirit of your Purple Dragon ancestor, you gain several innate gifts that fortify both your physical and charismatic presence.

• Charismatic Aura: The regal influence of the Purple Dragon empowers your social interactions. You gain a +2 bonus to Charisma (Persuasion) checks, as your very presence exudes an aura of enchanting charisma.

• Natural Armor: Your connection to the Purple Dragon blesses you with enhanced natural armor. When you are not wearing any armor, your Armor Class (AC) is increased by your Charisma modifier. This supernatural protection stems from the magical scales that subtly manifest upon your skin.
• Pseudo Kinship: You can speak, read, and write Draconic. Additionally, whenever you make a Charisma check when interacting with dragons, your proficiency bonus is doubled if it applies to the check.

Elemental Affinity

Each creature caught in the fiery burst must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC. On a failed save, creatures take 3d12 fire damage. On a successful save, they take half damage. This damage is only reduced if the target is resistant to lightning and fire damage.

• Line of Radiance (Breath Weapon-Line): Alternatively, you can project a scorching line of energy in a 60-foot line. Each creature caught in the fiery burst must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC.
