Level 3: Hoard Keeper's Boon
Starting at 3rd level, you can call upon your Patron for assistance in times of need, gaining an item from its hoard. As an action, you can expend a Warlock pact slot to temporarily gain a random magic item from the random magic item table. Roll 1d4 to decide which table to roll on:
1: Roll on the Arcana table.
2: Roll on the Armaments table.
3: Roll on the Implements table.
4: Roll on the Relics table.
The item is an Uncommon magic item and appears in your hand, already equipped if it requires equipping, or in hand or equipped on an ally within 60 feet of you that you can see. You can attune to the item as part of the action used to summon it. An ally can attune to it as an action if attunement is required.
The item disappears when you use this feature again, or after 1 hour, returning to your Patron's hoard.
At 6th level, you can roll twice on the magic item table and choose which item you summon. At 10th level, you can summon Rare magic items.
Level 6: Elemental Empowerment
At 6th level, your connection to your Patron enhances your resilience and power. As an action, you can grant yourself temporary hit points equal to 1d10 + your Charisma modifier. While you have these temporary hit points, you gain resistance to the damage type associated with your Draconic Affinity. Additionally, when you deal damage with a spell or attack that matches your Draconic Affinity, you deal extra damage equal to your Charisma modifier to one of the damage rolls.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier (minimum of once), and you regain all expended uses of it when you finish a long rest.
Level 10: Majesty of the Wyrm
At 10th level, your patron grants you the ability to take to the skies. As a bonus action, you can manifest spectral dragon wings, granting you a flying speed equal to your walking speed for 1 hour. You can use this feature once per short rest.
While these wings are active, you gain advantage on Charisma checks.
Level 14: Hoard Keeper's Favor
At 14th level, your connection to your patron deepens. You can choose the type of item (Arcana, Armaments, Implements, or Relics) instead of rolling randomly.
Additionally, when you use Hoardkeeper’s Boon, you can expend two pact slots to gain a Very Rare magic item, Once you gain an item in this way, you cannot do so again until you finish a long rest.
