Base Class: Monk
Through the study of the very storms themselves, you have shaped your body into a conduit for nature's wrath. Using your ki to harness it's ferocity in battle, and utilizing it's speed for your own.
Relentless Impact
You have learnt to strike with the might of Tycaan. At the start of your turn, you may expend 1 ki point as an Action to imbue yourself with power for 1 minute. During this minute, you may use your wisdom modifier rather than strength or dexterity when making an unarmed strike attack, while also dealing extra lightning or thunder damage equal to your proficiency bonus.
Additionally, when you expend a ki point to make a Flurry of Blows attack, you may make a third attack as part of the same bonus action provided the initial two hit. They do not have to be on the same creature.
Oncoming Storm
At 6th level you gain the benefit of the following features:
Lightning Speed: When using the ki ability "Step of the Wind", you may use disengage and dash simultaneously.
Thunderous Step: As an action, you can spend 3 ki points to move 60 feet in a straight line. You are also able to take one large or smaller creature with you. If said creature is unwilling you must make a contested grapple check; if they succeed you move without them. This movement also does not provoke opportunity attacks for you or the creature you take with you.
Additionally, if the 60ft straight lands you by a creature within your range, you may make one unarmed strike with extra damage equal to one roll of your martial arts die.
Charged Soul
At 11th level, you gain the following benefits;
Inner Spark: Your ki pool is increased by 1.5x its amount, rounded up.
Eye of the Storm: You gain resistance to Lightning and Thunder damage.
The Might of Tycaan: Lightning and Thunder damage you deal ignores resistances, but not immunities.
Wrath of the Gods
At 17th level, you gain access to the following features:
Thundering Crash: When you move at least 20 feet in a straight line and hit a Large or smaller creature, you can push it up to 10 feet away from you. If you spend 2 ki points as you first move on your turn, you can push a Huge or smaller creature. If you spend 4 ki points, you can push a Gargantuan or smaller creature. Whatever creature you hit must make a Strength Saving Throw against your Ki DC or else be knocked prone.
Regardless of if they succeed or not, they take extra damage from the initial hit equal to one roll of your martial arts die, with the damage type being either Lightning or Thunder.
Lightstep: When using your "Oncoming Storm" ability, you may expend an extra 2 ki points to double the distance to 120ft. This movement can have one turn in it, and you may bring up to two large or smaller creatures with you.
