Level 3: Channel Divinity

Wrath of the Storm

As an action, you can invoke the fury of the storm. Choose a point you can see within 60 feet. Each creature within a 10-foot radius of that point must make a Dexterity saving throw, taking lightning or thunder damage (your choice) equal to 2d10 + your paladin level on a failed save, or half as much on a success.

Tempest Rebuke

When a creature hits you with a melee attack, you can use your reaction to release a shockwave of thunderous energy. The attacker takes thunder damage equal to your Charisma modifier + your paladin level.

Level 7: Aura of Storms

Starting at 7th level, you and friendly creatures within 10 feet of you gain resistance to lightning and thunder damage. Additionally, when a creature within the aura is hit by an attack, it can use its reaction to release a burst of thunder, dealing 1d8 thunder damage to the attacker.

Divine Smite (Modified)

Your Divine Smite deals an additional 1d8 lightning or thunder damage (instead of radiant) when you expend a spell slot to smite.

Level 15: Storm’s Wrath

At 15th level, whenever you deal lightning or thunder damage to a creature, you can reduce its speed to 0 until the end of its next turn. Additionally, ranged attacks against you have disadvantage while you are outdoors during stormy weather.

Level 20: Avatar of Talos

As an action, you can assume the form of a storm avatar for 1 minute:

•You gain immunity to lightning and thunder damage.

•You can fly at a speed of 60 feet.

•As a bonus action on your turn, you can unleash a 30-foot cone of thunderous energy. Each creature in the cone must make a Constitution saving throw, taking 4d10 thunder damage on a failed save, or half as much on a success.

Once you use this ability, you cannot use it again until you finish a long rest.
